The cottage complex “Zoloche” is located 20 km from Kyiv, Boryspil district, within the administrative boundaries of the village of Vishenki, on the bank of the Dnieper Bay, on an area of 48 hectares.
Spacious family home
1st floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen with access to the terrace, where you can invite guests in a cozy evening and enjoy barbecue, wardrobe, guest bathroom, utility room, guest room.
2nd floor: children’s room with a bathroom, a master’s room with access to a balcony with its own bathroom and dressing room, a children’s room with an exit to the balcony.
On the territory there is a barbecue area, an orchard.
Mediterranean style interior
The interior is designed in Mediterranean style, light and delicate. Venetian plaster, expensive fabric wallpaper, author’s Italian stained-glass windows.
The house is rich in Italian chandeliers, tiles, the owners are proud of Smeg appliances and Scavolini Italian cuisine. And of course, natural materials are everywhere – luxurious marble floors, natural wood (oak). There is a Piazzetta fireplace insert: it adds coziness to the house and creates a special atmosphere.

Here you will feel safe: there is 24/7 security in the cottage town, video surveillance throughout the territory. Location: the village of Vishenki, Cottage town “Zoloche”, 20 km from the Slavutich metro station or 12 km from the Borispolskaya metro station.
